Customer Discovery form

• Email address (required)
• Business type (required)
• Largest administrative task (required)
• Optional fields such as current software, desired automation, name, business name, employee count, software frustration, switching requirements, comments, and follow-up consent

Why we collect it

• Early Access: product updates, research invitations, and early-access communication
• Customer Discovery: understanding service-business workflows before deciding what to build

How submissions are processed

Form submissions are processed by Formspree on our behalf so we can receive and store responses. We do not sell the information you submit.

Customer Discovery responses are not automatically treated as Early Access subscriptions. Joining Early Access is a separate action.

Requests and corrections

To request deletion or correction of information you submitted, contact us at support@billanything.com.
